be the first tie-breaker
2) Total of Goals For divided by
Total of Goals For + Goals Against with the highest percentage (to three
decimal places) winning the second tie-breaker. Formula: GF / (GF + GA)
3) Least goals against is the third
tie-breaker
4) Most goals for is the fourth
tie-breaker
5) Team with the least number of penalty
minutes is the fifth tie-breaker
6) Earliest goal in the tournament
is the sixth tie-breaker
7) Coin toss
